Project Summary
HumanInc (real name only available in CV) is a multinational HR consultancy that implements in-house developed AI technologies to support their recruitment processes. At the time of engagement, the company faced challenges in driving user engagement and adoption of its AI products, despite strong technical capabilities. The core issues included unclear strategic positioning of AI tools, low user uptake, and the absence of structured management guidelines for implementation.
Design Outcome
For this project, I worked as a user researcher and management consultant to:
Reposition the adoption strategy for HumanInc’s AI applications, aligning with user needs and organizational goals.
Co-design a scalable AI management framework and deployment guidelines in collaboration with researchers from the KIN Center for Digital Innovation and key internal stakeholders.
Contribute to the acquisition of over 300 new users within 6 months by aligning technology capabilities with practical HR workflows.
